The Boston University Global Development Policy Center has developed over the year a solid research-based expertise on Chinese overseas investments and more broadly China's international economic and financial policies, with a focus on Africa. Rebecca Ray,  Senior Academic Researcher at the GDP Center, will share with us the results of this extensive work:
