He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Paris-I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). He worked as Deputy Director and Head of Division at the OECD.
His work focuses on Trade & Globalization, Environmental Economics, Competitiveness & Growth, Regional Economics and Economic Policy of Emerging Economies.
