Jérôme Valette is an economist at CEPII and a specialist in migration.
He is a research fellow at the Paris School of Economics International Migration Economics Chair, a research fellow at IZA, and a research fellow at Rockwool Foundation Berlin.
Graduate of CERDI and Clermont Auvergne University. He is currently on secondment from his position as Maître de Conférences HDR at Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.

His research focuses on the effects of immigration on migrant-receiving countries. He is particularly interested in the formation of native attitudes towards immigration and their consequences for the integration of immigrants in their host countries.
